I offer deep relaxation massages based on acupressure points on the whole body and particularly on the feet and head. The touch is gentle, sensitive and comforting, following the client’s wishes in terms of intensity of pressure.

I can offer dynamic sessions, going in the release of tensions stored deep in the body with shiatsu inspired moves. Or a softer approach, with very light touch on the head, which invites the client to a sleep like state, allowing the body to completely relax in the warmth and safety of my hands.

The quality of touch I offer is highly effective against chronic stress and has effects similar to meditation.

The sessions last around 45 min.
